Hindolasana in Eka Pada Prapadasana is an Asana. It is translated as Baby Cradle Pose in One Legged Tip Toe Pose from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "hindola" meaning "baby cradle", "eka" meaning "one", "pada" meaning "foot", "prapada" meaning "tip toe", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat". This pose is a variation of Prapadasana.
