Niralamba Prapada Kanjanasana 1 [1] is an Asana. It is translated as Unsupported Tip Toe Wagtail Pose 1 from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "niralamba" meaning "unsupported", "prapada" meaning "tip toe", "kanjana" meaning "wagtail bird", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
