Parshvasana is an Asana. It is translated as Side Stretch Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "parshva" meaning "side" and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat". This pose is a variation of Tadasana.


Benefits

  2. Promotes spinal flexibility and balance.
