Indudalasana is an Asana. It is translated as Standing Crescent Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "indudala" meaning "crescent",and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".


Benefits

  2. Promotes spinal flexibility and balance.
