Galavasana is an Asana. It is translated as Pose Dedicated to Galava from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "Galava" referring to sage Galava, and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".


Benefits

  3. Strengthens the wrists
  4. Shoulders
  5. Abdominals and promotes the sense of balance.
