Bidalasana, also known as Bitilasana, is an Asana. It is translated as Cat or Cow Pose from Sanskrit.

This pose is also known as Marjariasana, which means "cat" in Sanskrit.


Benefits and Cautions

  • This pose gently increases blood flow to the internal organs of the torso, as well as stretching the back.
  • Be careful while doing this pose if you have a neck injury or wrist injury.
