A tree The seeds retain their viability for about one year under normal storage conditions and are the best propagation material. Fruits are collected in March for the extraction of tropical areas with a distinct dry season, where it is found at elevations from 150 - 1,000 metresseeds. Seeds are sown in raised nursery beds. It takes 10–15 days for for germination. <ref name="How to plant/cultivate"/>
