Tittibhasana is an Asana. It is translated as Insect Pose or Firefly Pose from Sanskrit.
The name of this pose comes from "tittibha" meaning "small insect", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits

- Stretches inner thigh muscles and hamstrings.
