Sasakasana

Sasakasana [1]. The name comes from the Sanskrit words śaśakā meaning "rabbit" and āsana meaning "seat" or "pose". Rabbit Pose is an intense forward bending pose, which is opposite the camel pose. It stretches the entire back of the spine and shoulders. This pose resembles the rounded spine (kyphosis) of a rabbit.

Benefits

Rabbit pose lengthens the spine and stretches the back, arms, and shoulders while stimulating the immune and endocrine systems.
