Laghuvajrasana[1] is an Asana. It is translated as Little Thunderbolt Pose from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "laghu" meaning "small", "vajra" meaning "thunderbolt", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits
This pose has many benefits: it opens the chest and front shoulders, stimulates internal organs, stretches the front of the thighs, and increases spinal flexibility.
Cautions
- Be careful while doing this pose if you have any spinal chord injuries.
