Mulabhandasana [1] is an Asana. It is translated as Root Lock Pose from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from "mula bhanda" meaning "root lock", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits
- Stretches the knees and inner ankles
- Opens the inside of the hips and thighs.
Cautions
- Be careful while doing this pose if you have any ankle, knee or hip injuries.
