Svastikasana is an Asana. It is translated as Cross Pose from Sanskrit.
The name of this pose comes from "svastika" meaning "cross", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits
- It helps open the inner hip and thigh muscles.
- Back of the shoulders.
- Promote the sense of balance.
Cautions
- Be careful while doing this pose if you have ankle, knee or hip injuries, as well as shoulder injuries.
