Jatharaparivrttasana is an Asana. It is translated as Abdominal Twist Podr from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "jathara" meaning "stomach", "parivrtta" meaning "revolved", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".


Benefits
