Upavisthakonasana

Upavisthakonasana [1] is an Asana. It is translated as Seated Angle Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "upavistha" meaning "seated", "kona" meaning "angle", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".

Benefits

  1. It opens up the inner thigh muscles.
  2. Stretched the hamstrings, and the lower back.
