Method of preparation
- Take all ingredients of pharmacopoeial quality.
- Clean, dry and powder the ingredients numbered 1 to 9 separately and pass through sieve number 85. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
- Add Sarpi (Goghṛta) to the mixture, stir thoroughly to form a semisolid mass.
- Pack it in tightly closed containers to protect from light and moisture.[1]

Therapeutic uses
- Svarabheda (Hoarseness of voice), Mūkatā (Aphasia).
Dose
- 12 g daily in divided doses.
