Tiryak Tala-Vrikshasana is an Asana. It is translated as Swaying Palm Tree Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "tiryak" meaning "swaying", "tala" meaning "palm", "vriksha" meaning "tree", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
