Baddha Viparita Kurmasana is an Asana. It is translated as Bound Inverted Tortoise Pose from Sanskrit.
The name of this pose comes from "baddha" meaning "bound", "viparita" meaning "inverted", "kurma" meaning "tortoise", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".
Benefits and Cautions
