Ardha Kamalamunyasana is an Asana. It is translated as Half Pose Dedicated to Siddhar Kamalamuni from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "ardha" meaning "half", "Kamalamuni" referring to one of the Siddhars, and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".


Benefits and Cautions
