Hasta Padasana 1 is an Asana. It is translated as Hands to Foot Pose 1 from Sanskrit. The name of this pose comes from hasta meaning hand, pada meaning foot, and asana meaning posture or seat.

Technique
- Stand straight with feet together and arms alongside the body.
- Balance your weight equally on both feet.
- Breathing in, extend your arms overhead.
- Breathing out, bend forward and down towards the feet.
