*Buffalo’s milk, curd, ghee, butter.
*Oils from animal fat.
*Vegetables such as sweet potato, cabbage, yam, Indian spinach
*Fruits such as banana, guava, grapes, coconut, jackfruit.
*Mutton, egg, freshwater fish.
*Sugarcane juice, jaggery.
*Freshly prepared beverages.
