*Gulma (abdominal lump), Gandamala (cervical lymphadenitis), Apaci (chronic lymphadenopathy/scrofula), Granthi (cyst), Vrana (ulcer), Kushtha (diseases of skin), Bhagandara (fistula-in-ano), slipada (filariasis).

*2-3 g daily in divided doses.
