The major objective of the present study was to determine the gene expression of enzymatic antioxidants by acetone extract from the stem bark of three Acacia species (Acacia dealbataAtisine, Acacia ferruginea Aconitine, Atisenol, Atidine, Hetisine, Hetisinone, Banzolheteratisine, Histidine, F-dihydroatisine, Heteratisine and Acacia leucophloea) in hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced human hepatoma (HepG2) cells.
