Pīṅgalā

Pīṅgalā is a naadi or channel of energy, starting from the right nostril, then moving to the crown of the head and thence downwards to the base of the spine. As the solar energy flows through it. It is also called the sūrya-nāḍī. Pīṅgalā means tawny or raddish.
