Action

Hiowna, a nutritional health supplement for adults, promotes overall health and well-being. It contains a combination of herbal ingredients, macro and micronutrients that bridge essential nutritional gaps. Macronutrients provide energy, promote growth and development and regulate body functions, while micronutrients meet the additional nutritional demands at various physiological stages. Key ingredients

Pea (Kalaya) protein is a complete protein with all nine essential amino acids in a sufficient proportion to support normal body functions. The essential amino acid profile of pea protein is very close to that of ideal protein for humans as recommended by FAO & WHO.

Indian Gooseberry (Amalaki), is an antioxidant and an immunomodulator that helps improve phagocytosis. Black pepper(Maricha) contains piperine, which helps improve the secretion of bile, enhances digestion, and increases the bio-availability of digested nutrients.


Date (Kharjura) is a potent antioxidant and is a good source of energy.

Directions for use

  • 2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 25 g) twice daily.
  • Add 2 heaped teaspoons (approx. 25 g) of HiOwna to a cup of lukewarm/cold milk or water, stir briskly until mixed well, and add sugar to taste if required.

Side effects

  • HiOwna is not known to have any side effects if taken as per the prescribed dosage.
