Makarasana Asana (Crocodile Posture)

Makarāsana (Sanskrit: मकरासन) or Crocodile Pose is an asana.

Etymology

The name comes from the Sanskrit words makara meaning "crocodile" and asana (आसन) meaning "posture" or "seat".

Description

This is relaxation asana and a prone version of Savasana.
