==Method of preparation==
*Take all ingredients of pharmacopoeial quality.
*Take fresh Bhrngaraja[[Bhṛṅgarāja]], shatavari[[Śatāvarī]], Guduchi [[Guḍūcī]] and Aamalaki [[Āmalakī]] and wash thoroughly with water. Grind and filter with muslin cloth to obtain [[Svarasa]].*Take fresh Vasa Vāṣā leaves and obtain juice by Putapaka Puṭapāka method *Soak the coarse Tripha powder in potable water in the specified ratio for overnight, boil it till the volume is reduced to one fourth of its original volume, cool the *Kvatha [[Kvātha]] and filtered through muslin cloth. *Treat Ghrta Ghṛta to prepare Murcchita Ghrta.<ref name="AYURVEDIC PHARMACOPOEIA OF INDIA"/>

*A low melting Gh¤ta, greenish cream in colour, unctuous to touch, no specific odour and taste bitter.

*Store in a cool place in tightly closed container, protect from light and moisture.

*Naktāndhya (Night blindness), Timira (Cataract), Kāca (Cataract), Nīlikā (Mole), Paṭala Arbuda (Growth in the layers of eyes), Netrābhiṣyanda (Conjunctivitis), Adhimantha (Glaucoma), Pakṣmakopa (Trichiasis/entropion), Netraroga (Disease of eyes), Adṛṣṭi (Blindness); Mandadṛṣṭi (Diminished vision); Netrasrāva (Chronic dacrocystitis/epiphora); Netrakaṇḍū (Itching in eyes); Dūradṛṣṭi (Hypermetropia), Samīpadṛṣṭi (Myopia).

*6 to 12 gm twice a day.

*Warm milk, warm water.
