== Etymology Technique in pictures/animation==
The name comes from the Sanskrit words Gow (गो, Go) meaning "cow", Mukha (मुख, mukha) meaning "face" or "mouth", and Asana (आसन, Āsana) meaning "posture" or "seat".
The word Go also means "light"==Effects==* Stretches your hips, thighs, ankles and chest, shoulders, anterior deltoids, triceps, inner armpits and lats.* Gomukhasana helps induce relaxation. When you feel tired, so gomukh may refer to the light in tense or of the headworried, or lightness of practicing Gomukhasana will help release the headtension.
