Latakasturi is an aromatic and medicinal plant native to India in the Malvaceae family. The fruit is a rich source of dietary fiber. The plant, which has many health benefits

Uses: Fever, Controls hysteria, Stimulates sexual desire, Inflammation, Gastric, Blotches, Pimples, Diarrhea, Sore throats.

Chemical Composition: Roots, leaves, fruits and seeds contain mucilage. Leaves, flower petals and fruit husk contain ß-sitosterol and its glycosides.
