Fever, Constipation, Dyspepsia, Jaundice, Scorpion stings, Snake bites, Dronchial asthma, Psoriasis, Vitiligo.[1]

It contains Bitter cucurbitacin glycoside was isolated together with three known iridoidal glycosides, amphicoside etc.[2]

Seeds, Division of the rhizome.
How to plant/cultivate
We have very little information on this species and do not know if it will be hardy in Britain. However, judging by its native range, it is likely to succeed outdoors at least in the milder areas of the country.[4]
Commonly seen growing in areas
Alpine grassland, Gravelly areas.
