Yoga Mudrasana is an Asana. It is translated as Yogic Seal Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "yoga" meaning "to unite", "mudra" meaning "seal", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".

Benefits and Cautions

This seated yoga pose has many benefits: it opens the inside of the hips, opens the knees and ankles, stretches the lower back, opens the chest and front of the shoulders.

Be careful while doing this pose if you have any ankle, knee, hip, lower back, or shoulder injuries.
