Sauropus androgynus is a botanical name of Multivitamin Plant. Malaysia is the home town of Katuk. Katuk has very useful plant which is used in food and it contains many health benifitory factors. Hence it is called as Multivitamin Plant.
Chemical Composition:Adenosine,deoxy, methylsulphinyl‐adenosine, and uridine, two flavonol dioside, β‐D‐glucosyl, Rhamnosyl‐kaempferol, glucosyl, glucosyl‐kaempferol, and one rare flavonol trioside, glucosyl, glucosyl, rhamno‐syl‐kaempferol.
