That can produce stems up to 5 metres long. The plant is widely cultivated, especially in warm temperate and tropical areas. == Description Chemical Composition== Butternut is a deciduous tree growing to 20 m (66 ft) tallThe lipids isolated from the seeds included glycerides, rarely 40 m (130 ft). Butternut is a slow-growing speciessterol esters, phosphatidylcholine and rarely lives longer than 75 years. It has a 40–80 cm (16–31 in) stem diameter, with light gray barkphosphatidylinositol.<ref name="chemical composition"/>
