Mudrā
Revision as of 00:14, 24 March 2023 by JiyatiVerma (talk | contribs) (Adding to the definition of mudra)
Mudrā means seal, mark, or gesture in Sanskrit. It can be used to describe a sealing posture of the hand, both hands, or body. A particular mudra should be held for a minimum of 2 minutes for one to witness their yogic effect on the body. Depending on how open the body is to their effect, it may take up to 45 minutes.
