Upavisthakonasana

Upavisthakonasana is an Asana. It is translated as Seated Angle Pose from Sanskrit.

The name of this pose comes from "upavistha" meaning "seated", "kona" meaning "angle", and "asana" meaning "posture" or "seat".

Benefits

  1. It opens up the inner thigh muscles.
  2. Stretched the hamstrings, and the lower back.

Cautions

Be careful while doing his pose if you have any knee, hip or hamstring injuries.
