Prithvi Surabhi Mudra
Formation
Prithvi surabhi mudra is formed by touching the tips of the thumbs to the base of the ring fingers while performing surabhi mudra.
Benefits
This mudra removes lethargy, pacifies cough and improves digestion.[1]
