The VarāhaPuṭa is an arrangement of heating in a pit of 42 cm in length, breadth and depth. Half the pit is filled with cow-dung cakes. The śarāva sampuṭa is put upon it, and empty space above is filled with cow-dung cakes and ignited.[1]
