Nardostachys jatamansi - Jatamaamasi

Jatamaamasi consists of dried rhizome of Nardostachys jatamansi DC.(Fam.Valerianaceae), an errect perennial herb, 10-60 cm high growing at an altitude of 3000-5000m on the sub-alpine Himalayan tracts.[1]
