Sasakasana <ref name="Sasakasana"/>. The name comes from the word '''Sasanka''' in Sanskrit words śaśakā meaning "translates into a rabbit" and āsana meaning "seat" or "pose"a hare.Rabbit Pose As the name suggests, Sasankasana is an intense forward bending a Yoga pose, in which the posture of rabbit is opposite the camel posemimicked. It stretches In the entire back final position of the spine and shoulders. This pose Sasankasana, the body resembles the rounded spine (kyphosis) of a leaping rabbit.
== Benefits Technique==# Take the Vajrasana pose first.# Keep the knees on the ground and together, and rest your body on your heels.# While inhaling, raise both arms with palms facing outwards. Continue raising the arms until their insides touch your ears.# Start exhaling and at the same time, bend your pelvis and trunk in a forward direction till your arms touch the ground.# Stretch your palms out as much as possible, with your head facing down.# Maintain the position as long as it is possible in a comfortable manner.<ref name="Technique"/>
