Nandyavarta is a plant is placed in front of the home is the sign of wealth. Five petals having Nandyavarta is having special medicinal features. It is also used for worshiping god.

Plant Description
The plant generally grows to a height of 5–6 feet (1.5–1.8 m) and is Dichotomously – branched. The large shiny leaves are deep green and about 6 inches (15 cm) in length and 2 inches (5.1cm) in width. The waxy blossoms are found in small clusters on the stem tips.

Medicinal Uses
- Wound – Applying Nandyavarta’s leaf and camphor paste to a wound will help in curing wound.
- Tooth Pain – Keeping in mouth a root of nandyavarta will give relaxation to tooth pain.
- Nandyavarta is a medicine for many other diseases.
