Technique
- Initially perform Purna Chakrasana
- Then slow and steadily slide your legs in such a manner that they are really straight and much firm
- Do ensure that the crown of the head must directly touch your hips
- Then, remain in the position for just 8-10 seconds
- Do return to the initial stage of Chakrasana
- Then return to normal posture
- Do relax your entire body by lying down on the floor
