Dattūra seeds are soaked in Gomūtra for 12 hours. Then they are washed with water and subjected to [[svedana ]] in a dolā yantra containing godugdha for 3 hours. The seeds are used after removing tetsa.<ref name="Ayurvedic formulary of india"/>
