Bāluka yantra is a sand bath heating contravenes where in a wide mouth round pot is one-fourth filled with sand and then the glass bottle containing the ingradients covered with seven layers of mudsmeared cloth is lowered to the bottom of the pot and empty space is filled with sand up to the neck of the bottle and then heated for specified time.[1]
