Malas in Ayurveda, the waste products of the body, which include urine, stool, and sweat. Effective elimination of malas is said to be important for maintaining good health. Mala are the substance or waste matter to be thrown out of the body. Malas are mainly the waste products of the body so their proper excretion from the body is essential to maintain the proper health of the individual.
