The Wellness Sense is a book on ¨A practical guide to your Physical and Emotional Health based on Ayurvedic and Yogic Wisdom¨ written by Om Swami.
Author
Om Swami, a mystic who lived in the Himalayas for 13 months, practiced meditation, yogic therapies, tantra altogether and benefitted. Prior to this, he was an entrepreneur, running a multimillion dollar software company with many offices all over the world. He is a MBA graduate from Sydney, Australia and written another book, ¨If Truth be told: A Monk´s Memoir¨.
