The '''Bhujapidasana''' (is one of the most important poses of Yoga and is also known as the Shoulder pressing posture. == Etymology Technique==# Move your hands forward and feet backwards as well as lift the hip up.# Now fold your knees and bring both of your legs in front of your hands.# Bring your hands from under your knees and touch the floor with palm# After this, put your entire body weight on the hands and make the cross by both legs.# Now slowly move your legs backwards and keep your head on the ground.# Stay in this position for a few seconds, then relax.
