Five Sheaths
- The food sheath - Annamaya Kosha
- The vital air sheath - Pranamaya Kosha
- The mental sheath - Manomaya Kosha
- The intellectual sheath - Vijnamaya Kosha
- The bliss sheath - Anandamaya Kosha[1]
