==Method of preparation==
*Take all the ingredients of the pharmacopoeial quality.
*Wash, dry and powder the ingredients number 7 numbered 1 to 19 21 and 27 of the formulation composition separately and pass through sieve numbered 85. Powder the ingredients numbered 22 to 26 of theformulation composition separately and pass through sieve number 85, weigh . Weigh them all separately in the required quantities and mix.*Crush weighed quantity of Śuddha-Guggulu-shuddha.*Wash, dry and add fine powder the of other mixed ingredients number 1 to 3 of the formulation composition separately it and pass through sieve number 40pound well. Soak the coarse powder mixture *Add Ghṛta in 8 times small quantity at regular intervals for smooth pounding and continue pounding till a semi-solid uniformly mixed mass of potable water for 12 h. suitable plasticity is obtained<ref name="AYURVEDIC PHARMACOPOEIA OF INDIA"/> ==Description==*Gently heat the mixture to boil Dark brown spherical pills with spicy pleasant odour, salty, bitter and continue the boiling to reduce the volume of the mixture to half of its original volumeastringent taste==Storage==*Stop the boiling Store in a cool place in tightly closed container. Protect from light and filter while still warm through a muslin clothmoisture==Therapeutic uses==*Boil the filtrate Hṛcchula (Angina pectoris), Kāsa (Cough), Śvāsa (Asthma), Pārśvasūla (Inter costal neuralgia), Śotha (Inflammation), Arśa (Piles), Bhagandara (Fistula-in-ano), Kukṣi Rujā (Pelvic pain), Vaktra Rujā (KvathaPain in mouth) , Guda Rujā (Pain in an iron vessel.
