*Take all ingredients of pharmacopoeial quality.
*Treat Tila taila to prepare [[murcchita]] Tila taila.
*Wash, clean, dry the Aamalaki, powder separately and pass through 355 µm I. S. sieve (sieve number 44).
*To this add eight times water and reduce to one fourth of its total volume by heating on moderate flame.
*Filter while hot through muslin cloth to obtain Aamalaki rasa and keep aside.
