The '''Bhujapidasana''' (is one of the most important poses of Yoga and is also known as the Shoulder pressing posture. The name comes from the Sanskrit: भुजपीडासन; IAST: Bhujapīḍāsana) word '''Bhuja''' meaning arm or Shoulder pressing shoulder and '''Pida''' meaning '''pressure''' and '''asana''' meaning posture .
