Bidens pilosa

Bidens pilosa is an annual plant producing an erect. The plant is gathered from the wild for local use as a food and medicine. In parts of Africa, the plant is allowed to remain as a weed in cultivated ground, and it is also sometimes cultivated.

Leaves, Young shoots.

Chemical Composition

The constituents were separated and purified with silica gel column, and identified by physicochemical properties and spectral methods.[1]
